All Seasons Guest House & All Seasons Rest

Very well presented guest house. Friendly owners and very polite. Clean room with plenty of room and plenty of complementary brewing tackle. Fresh towels powerful showers. On a fairly quiet road with loads of pubs with lovely food served (Gray Walls very recommended). Fresh breakfast hot and cold including a vegetarian options and fruit and yogurt. comfortable beds loads of pillows. walkable areas like shops, parks and of course the lakes and hills. I will definitely come again and stay at the All season guest house. Michelle and Chris also run the Guest house next door which accommodates Pets, which is an awesome opportunity for dog owners as such.

Lovely little b&b. We stayed for 2 nights, our room was clean and comfortable breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. The owners are lovely people defiantly worth a stay if you are in the windemere and don't mind a little walk to the lake. Parking out side the b&b is restricted to 1hour but if you ask the owners they pointed out great parking just over the road .

Nice and cosy room (double en-suite , I think it was room-3). We stayed there during busy summer . Definitely recommend for couples. The kitchen was closed unfortunately, but there are lots of eating places nearby , so not to worry . They provide services like towels , tea/coffee sachets , hair dryer , TV in the room . Had a lovely stay there .

Absolutely amazing customer service and such lovely rooms. The room we had was so nice. Would 10000% recommend. Location is also amazing, short stroll to everything Windermere has to offer! Thank you :)

Fantastic stay, fantastic location, fantastic host. Top top top. Unbeatable value too! Thank you so much to Michelle who was super friendly and accommodating. A mere 2 minutes walk from Windermere station. Will stay again if I’m back at the lakes. Highly recommend.

Highly reccomend this little guest room. I stayed in all seasons rest - next door to the guest house. Fantastic little cosy rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Owners are fantastic and respond extremely fast. I had an issue gaining access (through not fault of the owners) and they came up and let me in! Stayed while working in bowness to avoid travelling in to cumbria and would happily book again if I needed to stay over for work! Perfect if your are just in need of a room! I cannot speak for the guest house attatched (as it is 2 seperate areas as one business), but I can presume it is just as cosy there as it was here :) Many thanks to Michelle and Chris for the convenience!

Really clean and comfortable. Michelle was very kind to let us pay full on the day itself as we were having issues for the online payment. Very responsive and accommodating when it comes to the stay, but now so much when asking more about the place and buses etc. Overall, still a very pleasant stay. The cleanest place we’ve stayed in by far in our trip, so that’s one you can definitely be guaranteed. Downside’s that there’s no microwave to reheat food.

Just stopped over for a one night stay. We booked through booking dot com and got a last minute special offer. It was for a small double room which was fine for just 2 of us. We were blown away when we arrived early and got told not only could we leave all our luggage right there and then but our small room had been upgraded to a big double room. It was beautiful and clean. With everything you could need including a fan for the warm weather. On suite was really clean but i found the shower a bit small. The parking was not easy in high season as it's street parking. It's just at the top of windermere and a 2 minute walk from booths and train station and loads of cafes and shops. Lovely staff couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely recommend this guest house for anybody visiting windermere. Great price rooms so won't break the bank. Also a short walk to bus stop taking you down into Bowness-on-windermere. Lovely.
